Deuteronomy 12:4-6

⁴ You shall not act this way toward the Lord your God. ⁵ But you must seek only the place which the Lord your God shall choose out of all your tribes to establish His name, and there you must go. ⁶ There you shall bring your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the offerings of your hand, your vows, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and of your flocks.
